At Minepix, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you encounter any issues with your order, product, or package, please review our return and refund terms below.
What You Need to Provide
To process a refund or replacement, we may request:

Photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.

Screenshots of the dispute or communication (for example, PayPal dispute, email, or chat with our support team).

(Optional) Tracking number if a return is requested.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
1. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
2. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive the wrong item, wrong color/size, or a product with missing parts, we will refund or resend the correct item.
Note: You do not need to return the incorrect product.
3. Out of Stock
If your item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Unable to Ship
If your order cannot be shipped due to restrictions, we will issue a full refund.
5. Delayed Orders

Orders to the USA, Canada, Europe, and New Zealand: Eligible for a refund if delivery takes more than 30 days.

Orders to South America, Middle East, India, and Africa: Eligible for a refund if delivery takes more than 60 days.
(Delays caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customs clearance are not eligible.)
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped and receive a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Missing Packages
If your package is lost during transit, we will issue a full refund.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Packages unclaimed or refused by the customer.

Incorrect or insufficient shipping address.

Customs clearance issues.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, etc.).

Returns requested after 30 days of receiving the product.

Refund requests where the buyer simply does not like the product.
Return Instructions
We generally do not require returns since international shipping can be costly and time-consuming. However, if a return is necessary:

Request must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.

The item must be in good condition, unused, and with original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please provide the tracking number once shipped.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
